- Love this exercise video with musicLove this exercise video to music. Works the body well - I soon got aches in inner thighs. Gives a thorough workout and makes me feel great.

- Very good fun and it works!I've done all the MOS DVD's and this still remains my favourite.
It's easy to pick up and is fun to do. The instructor is friendly and the soundtrack is great!
Do the whole DVD 3 times a week and I had lost a stone in 6 months with not much difference to my diet.

- So much fun, I wanna do it again!This DVD is great. It is hardcore, but it's something you can work with.. it's not too hard that you want to give up. When I get to the end, I just want to do it again! It doesn't get boring either 'coz you can work on your form and posture or work up to getting through a whole section without having to stop for breath at least! Well worth it, I'm really having fun with this.

- So much Fun!This is a great dvd, I love it, It is great for all, allthough some of the moves are a little bit tricky to start after a couple of times you get the hang of it and its great fun!

- Not for Beginners !I bought this DVD to use in between gym workouts; I have been going to the gym three or four times a week for the past five months now and consider myself to be quite fit but this DVD was still really hard! Some of the moves are OK though hard to pick up; I had to rewind a couple of times to get the moves right.
